Return & Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason. This applies to customers worldwide.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at team@screamwitch.store. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Quality Issues
Separately from our 15-day return window, ScreamWitch products are covered by a 30-Day Quality Guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't work as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

International Orders
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items not in their original condition.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Item must be unworn/unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically within 10 business days.
